TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Acceptance of Terms

By making a reservation or staying at Follow That Dream RV Resort, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These govern your use of the resort facilities and your stay.

 

2. Reservations & Payments

  • Reservations are confirmed upon payment of the required deposit or full payment as specified at booking.

  • Final payment is due by the date indicated on the invoice or reservation confirmation.

  • All fees are charged in U.S. dollars and are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise.

 

3. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in time is after 2:00 PM on the arrival date.

  • Check-out time is by 11:00 AM on the departure date.

  • Late check-outs may incur additional charges.

 

4. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing.

  • Refund eligibility (if any) is determined based on the timing of cancellation relative to the arrival date.

  • No refunds are given for early departures, weather conditions, or unused days.

 

5. Occupancy & Site Use

  • RV sites are for registered guests only and for temporary recreational use — permanent residency is prohibited.

  • Each site is limited to the number of people and vehicles specified at the time of booking.

  • Guests must use the site and facilities responsibly and in a manner respectful to others.

 

6. Conduct & Safety

  • Quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM — excessive noise and disturbances are prohibited.

  • Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

  • Fires, fireworks, and unsafe activities are prohibited unless expressly allowed in designated areas.

 

7. Pets

  • Pets are permitted only if declared at booking and may require payment of a pet fee.

  • Pets must be kept on a leash and under control at all times, and owners must clean up after them.

8. Guest Responsibility & Liability

  • Guests are responsible for damage to the resort property caused by themselves or their visitors.

  • The resort is not liable for loss, damage, or theft of personal property.

  • Use of amenities (pools, playgrounds, etc.) is at the guest’s own risk.

9. Resort Rules & Eviction

  • All resort rules must be followed. Violation of rules may lead to eviction without refund.

  • The resort reserves the right to refuse service or remove any guest whose conduct jeopardizes the safety or enjoyment of others.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
